DURO HF307 Tires for a Honda CT90

I was recently looking for an inexpensive all around tire and when I found the DURO HF307's in a 2.75 x 17 for only $23.12 at Cedar Rapids Tire I decided to give them a try.  The DURO HF307 is DOT approved and has a trials style tread pattern which is just what I needed for my casual around town riding.

I mounted the tires to both my front and rear wheels without any issues and think they are actually a nice looking tire.

Here are a couple of shots with the wheels and new tires mounted on my 1971 CT90 that I have removed the engine to do a DrATV Big Bore upgrade..

Overall I don't think you can go wrong with the DURO HF307tires if you are looking for an economical all around tire for use on your CT90 and I had a very good experience with Cedar Rapids Tire in that their prices are great and they shipped the tires out very quickly.  The shipping costs for the two tires and a few rim strips was $15.61, which I thought was very reasonable for a large package like two tires.

  1. What size tire is this? 2.75 or 3.00?

  2. Hi Kerry, these were 2.75 x 17. Thanks for asking the question and I have updated my post to reflect the size. Cedar Rapids Tire also carries the 3.00 x 17 of the same tire and they are actually slightly cheaper.
